Dragoon:
The Dragoons are the higher ranking military types. They look after Enforcer and Angel affairs, and manage the distribution, training, and discipline of the lower ranks. They are also some of the TI members sent on raids to the mainland, in which case their partner comes with them. Harmony between Dragoons and Seraphs is essential.

Enforcer:
These are the basic soldier type of TI, specializing in offensive techniques. They take on the role of police, the army, security, and more, and they are always accompanied by their partner, an Angel.

Tutela: the official hall monitor. He/she is to roam the halls and aid any lost students and/or visitors that need assistance. He/she is also in charge of the Ostiarii and he/she is to make sure everything runs smoothly. Is also capable of writing out detentions, and is the first line of defense should the school be attacked.

Angel:
These are the direct counterparts to Enforcers, specializing in defensive magic. Always travelling with an Enforcer to protect them and other citizens, the Angels have saved many a life.

Restorer: These are the doctors of the magical world. They are usually trained solely in healing magic, potions, and Magi-Tech, not sparing any time for un-needed offensive skills. The work is demanding, but the rewards, both personal and monetary, are great.

Seraph:
Seraphs are the bodyguards of TI. They escort Officials and Diplomats to and from their destinations. They also act as elite guards for TI buildings such as the Archives. And when Dragoons are sent on field missions, the Seraphs accompany them.

Vigilares: official dorm monitors. They make certain that all the students are in the dorms and safe; as well as enforce the rules of the school, which are in place for safety. Vigilares are also to be the last line of defense in case of attack.

Mixed Positions:
These jobs require knowledge of more than one spell type.
Adiutor: personal assistant(s) to the Dean and/or President. He/she/they do whatever asked by the Dean and/or President. Expected to be efficient and skilled in both areas of magic (to help with research). Also expected to double as body guard for the President and/or Dean. In charge of the scribae.

These are TI's 'spy' types. They are rarely ever at TI Chapters, as they are usually either undercover for long periods of time or on stealth missions that require unpredictability. They take their orders using secure mobile communications, and only return to TI Chapters to meet with other TI members on rare occasions. This is the most dangerous known occupation at TI.

Freelance Adventurer: Also known as 'mercenaries' or 'bounty hunters,' these jacks-of-all-trades do everything from hired hits to escort missions. There is no official governing body for these individuals, so the best place to find them is by asking around the pubs.
Apply: Anyone can become a Freelancer Adventurer, but their amount of work depends on their reputation, which in turn depends on their experience.
Hero:
These members are exactly as they sound, the typical heroes of TI. They are sent on all puspose missions all across the world, with little or no structure but high rewards. They travel alone, relying on only their skills and experiences to protect them. Their missions are jokingly referred to as 'quests' by Heroes and outsiders alike. This is an optimal position for someone seeking fame and glory.

We are currently accepting Magisters for Aggressive Magicks, Charms and Curses, Counter-Maneuvers, Tonics, Toxins, and Technology, and Mixed Martial Arts.
A Magister regularly teaches a class in one of the many disciplines offered at the school. They also act in several other informal positions, such as hall monitor, chaperone, et al.

Shadow:
Requires knowledge of charms and curses.
This position is hidden behind a veil of deceit and myth. Very few people even believe this position exists, but those that do believe that Shadows are sent on assasinations and surveillance missions that operate outside the boundaries of normal TI regulations.

Non-Combatant Positions:
These jobs require knowledge of at least business dynamics. These jobs are also open to characters who do not have magical ability.
Archivist:
These are the people who keep the Archives in order, which is no small feat. They must be very organized and efficient to do well at such a job, but the rewards are high.

Bibliothecan: the person who runs the library. It is the Bibliothecan's job to make sure the books are in order, that all the research materials are available, and that no student goes anywhere near the forbidden research materials (especially the necromantic stuff).

Diplomat:
This position is similar, but not identical to the non-magical humans' position of the same name. They act as negotiators, ambassadors, translators, local government officials, and representatives at important events.

Entrepreneur: A general title given to any of those who work for themselves on the island. Refers to shopkeepers, publicans, and the like.

Junior Inventors: The little guys inspiring to be big one day, they often start off doing gopher jobs for Senior Inventors. But they are a step above the like of interns; they still have chances to actually invent when they prove themselves competent.

They review recommended regulations for submission to the council for approval, they oversee the hiring of new members, they manage TI's budget, etc. This is a good post for those who want to contribute to TI without all the action of other jobs.

Ostiarius: The exciting world of making sure everything works. Ostiarii are those that clean the classrooms, make certain all the equipment is working and functional, and generally clean the school ground.

These are the receptionists, switchboard operators, secretaries, and file clerks. They generally keep the whole place running while making far less than they should be. So when you're talking to a Receiver, be nice!
