Dieter could figure out what was going through her head. Jasmine was smart but inexperienced. The first thing that anyone wants to do is see how they'd do in a fight. In order to size them up. Its from experience that when you see yourself at a disadvantage that there's no shame in running so long as it means living. "Well I do take precautions. I have wards that go off if someone's coming. I also have some vents to escape through. So long as you're forewarned you can get away. Trust me those aren't the kinds of people you want to fight. They're way out of your league and they use magic. However if you want to learn some of that I could teach you personally."
Dieter continued walking up the stairs to his favorite chair on the seventh floor. Dieter loved the seventh floor. Best floor of the house for lounging.

Jasmine looked at him, lower lip out in a playful pout. "But I wanna....!" She moaned like the small child he had said she was equivalent to. She was only doing it to cover what was going on in her head. Out of her league? She would fight whoever she wanted. She wasn't going to let someone get to Dieter through her. Anyway, why should he care if they did? It wasn't likie he felt the same way about her as she did about him.

Dieter stopped in pondered. "Very well Jasmine. I think its time we had a workout together. Do you think those clothes are comfortable?" Mizu moved at the blink of an eye reading Dieter's intentions. Dieter took off his duster and handed it to Mizu. "Thank you Mizu." Dieter then started unbuttoning his shirt, "such confidence in your fighting prowess makes me curious." Dieter was about halfway down his shirt and Mizu continued to stand behind him attentively. "I rip some of these cloths too easily." Dieter took off his shirt and then left it with Mizu revealing Dieter's well muscled and well framed figure.
He took a couple of arm stretches for show and then hopped up and down a few times. "So I've gotta see how you'd do in this fight you wanna have." Dieter removed his shirt purposely. He would be instinctually inclined to grab powders and weapons from the pockets. He wanted a fair fight.....well sorta fair fight.

Jasmine's eyes widened. He was going to fight her? Well that was just scary. She knew that he was much stronger than her, but maybe he would try not to hurt her. Besides, she wasn't that bad, she had had a few lessons when she was human. "Okay..?" Her voice made it sound like a question,.
She started as he took off his shirt. She tried to keep her eyes away from his body-unsuccessfully. She swallowed. She didn't have anything that she was willing to take off. In front of Mizu anyway- No, she stopped that thought quickly. She needed to focus.

"Well Jasmine, I'd like to see you start. I'm betting you have some decent moves." Dieter got in a very relaxed fighting stance. He wouldn't do anything superhumanly fast. That just wouldn't be sporting. At the moment he left his legs and arms very capable of maneuvering. He planned on using Jujitsu and Akido in order to keep Jasmine at bay. After all if she couldn't get a hit in he'd prove his point. Dieter didn't want to hurt Jasmine. He just wanted to see where she was at in strength. Also, one could tell a lot from someone by fighting them.

"Um... Okay?" Jasmine replied, biting her lip. Why had she said anything? She mentally cursed herself and watched him. It was hard to tear her eyes away from his body. She hoped he didn't notice that. She let her fingers curl into fists. "Okay." She repeated, sounding confident this time. "Lets do this,"

Dieter felt that he should at least give Jasmine a chance to do something. He also felt that he shouldn't just insult her. So Dieter moved into a Judo stance ready for a grapple. He would ready a throw if she put a lot of force into his move. Otherwise he could think of several swift jabs he could throw in. If he really wanted to be mean, he'd use some of his telekinesis on her foot and then trip her.

Jasmine concentrated on Dieter. She stood motionless for a moment, before sending two quick jabs at him. Right, left. She moved backwards quickly, in case he had any other attacks planned.
((Sorry, gotta get to work))

Dieter recognized that she was going in for weak jabs. Her body moved in a way as to suggest a timid commitment to trying to hit him. Dieter just pushed the attacks aside with his right hand and then darted back. "Nice start. Let's see what else you can do Jasmine."
Dieter set himself into a muay tai stance. With a boxers grace he closed the distance between Jasmine and made a right hook to her head. He pulled the punch to where it wouldn't take her head clean off if it landed. He didn't want to seriously injure her but he did want to show a difference in skill.

Jasmine felt his fist coming before she saw it. When she concentrated, it was like she could feel the movement of the air as he moved. She ducked quickly. She wanted to keep her head. She knew with his strength, he could probably knock it right off her shoulders. But she didn't know if he would do it or not. She flung her fist at him wildly, not sure what she was doing.

Dieter used his left hand to grab the punch and then turned so that he could put his body weight underneath Jasmine. After that he continued the motion to send Jasmine over in a throw and have her land on her back. After Jasmine landed on her back, rather roughly too, Dieter made a quick turn to continue facing Jasmine. "Landing prone like that after a throw is no good. Don't you know how to do any falls?"

Jasmine winced as she landed on the ground. It hurt. So there was no question on whether he would hurt her or not. She jumped to her feet and arced her back a bit to feel better. She resumed her fighting position and stared him down. "Sure, I know how to fall, when I'm expecting it."

Dieter smiled, "then you should learn to fall when you aren't expecting it. Someone will break your back or arm. They heal easily enough but the neck is especially annoying to heal up." Dieter offered a hand to Jasmine and helped her to her feet. "Your fighting style is very weak of form. Now could you imagine if I threw other inhuman things like this into combat." Dieter slipped on his ring from a pocket and casted Rubber Limb on the leg Jasmine was balancing on. Dieter hoped that the curse would drive the point home.

And Jasmine was on the ground again. Damn it! What was that? She frowned down at herself. Why had she never taught herself to fight? Maybe that was why she had been turned into a vampire to begin with. Because she couldn't fight her sire off. She contemplated this for a moment, forgetting all about Dieter.

Dieter's smile faded. He expected some sort of struggle, anger, some resentment. These were things he was all to used to. He wasn't expecting such a deep sadness to come from Jasmine. He dispelled his curse and walked over to Jasmine. "OK that's enough fighting for now. There's plenty to drink inside. Also I'd like you to pick out a gift for yourself. An antique, a weapon, some art. Ask for something and I'll see if I can't get that for you." Dieter gently helped Jasmine back to her feet. Then he went to Mizu who was standing still and helped get his shirt and coat back on.
You're always so soft master. Mizu whispered to Dieter.
I'm tired of being someone who inflicts pain at the behest of others. Now that I have learned to lead I must lead boldly for the betterment and strengthening of all.
